It's really worth looking at the larger picture here. This was our campsite for Thursday and Friday nights. The views just keep getting better. The wind off the glacier was a bit strong, but stopped once the sun went down.
It's hard to see, but the glacier that heads off into the horizon at about the right third of the picture is where we're headed on Saturday.
The glacier running horizontally along the picture is the Tana glacier, which flows off of Bagley Icefield to the left. Bagley Icefield is, well, massive. The mountains on the left side of the picture are an island surrounded by miles and miles and miles of ice.
